iPhone 12 event: everything you need to know about new Apple phone release

Apple has set a date for the reveal of the iPhone 12, shortly following Google’s Pixel 5 announcement.

With the global pandemic causing supply chain delays for companies such as Google, Apple has also warned its new iPhone won’t be arriving on schedule but a few weeks later.

There’s roughly one week until we know all about the new handset.

There might be some surprise reveals, and maybe even a look at some new headphone; but further than that Apple has already announced its new Apple Watch 6 and iPadAir last month.

The iPhone 12 and the rest of the range is going to be the company’s first 5G iPhone, with the tag line for the broadcast being “Hi, Speed”.

We are expecting to see around four new iPhone models; which could be the 12 mini, the 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max and, of course, the regular iPhone 12.
