Inoapps appoints four new leaders as part of global expansion

Aberdeen-based cloud computing firm Inoapps has added four new leaders as it plans to expand through both organic growth and acquisitions.

The Oracle partner business is about to exceed 500 employees across the US, UK and Asia-Pacific, with a goal to rapidly double in size to 1,000 employees in the “medium-term”.

Deborah McFarlane, based in Scotland, joins Inoapps as head of talent acquisition, bringing more than 20 years of recruiting and business development experience.

Debra Lilley, based in Northern Ireland, comes on board as its new vice president of delivery growth and excellence. She has more than 25 years of experience and was previously the human capital management practice lead for Accenture’s Oracle business group across Europe.

Greg Guido joins Inoapps as senior vice president of application sales for North America and comes with 15 years of software experience. He spent five years in sales at Oracle, much of that time on cloud applications.

Duncan Davies, based in England, brings 20 years of experience to his new role as Inoapps human capital management practice director.

Inoapps chief executive Andy Bird said: “To double in size again, we have to attract the best talent so that we can maintain our high level of customer satisfaction.

“This means we must not only attract senior people like these, but pursue multiple channels to attract and win those at different stages of their careers.

He mentioned that the business will continue – and expand – hiring through CodeClan, Scotland’s national digital skills academy.

“On top of this, we are enjoying an influx of boomerang employees who want to be part of the growth and dynamism we are experiencing.”
