The I’m A Celebrity adventure is coming to an end and the arrival of wives and girlfriends of campmates heralds the beginning of the evictions.
The jungle camp has been together for almost two weeks and the time has come for their numbers to be depleted one by one.
With hunger and lack of sleep starting to influence the attitudes of those in the jungle, they are fast approaching the moment when spending another minute in camp is too much to bear and the luxury of a five-star hotel is not worth fighting against.
Among the first arrivals at Brisbane Airport was Suraya El-Wakil, wife of Andrew Maxwell.
The comedian has had a rollercoaster ride in the jungle, mainly due to his clashes with former Arsenal and England footballer Ian Wright.
Viewers have called out Wrighty for ‘bullying’ Andrew as he takes offence at many of Andrew’s suggestions, which has led to the main tensions in the camp.
Former X Factor winner and Rak-Su singer Myles Stephenson will be supported by his mum and stepdad, Victoria and Matthew Bell, though they may have a bit of a wait as Myles is among the favourites to be crowned King of the Jungle.
Also in contention is Coronation Street star Andy Whyment, who will be greeted out of the jungle by his wife Nichola.
Roman Kemp has spoken lovingly about his girlfriend Anne-Sophie Fluri while in camp and he will be hoping that she heard his tributes to her ahead of arriving Down Under.
It has been suggested that Roman’s famous parents, Spandau Ballet and EastEnders star Martin Kemp and former Wham! backing singer Shirlie, will be making the trip to be there when he is voted out of camp.
