How Thriva can help track your wellness

If you’d like to know more about your health, easy-to-use at-home testing kits from Thriva could help you track your wellness. The simple and convenient tests can flag up small health problems and help keep track of how lifestyle changes are benefiting your health.

Thriva can also help users to reach or maintain optimum sporting and physical performance, as well as checking for the right dietary nutrients to help encourage good sleep, energy and mood.

How it works

When you sign up to Thriva, you’ll be sent a finger-prick blood test to do in the comfort of your own home. There’s no need to organise GP appointments, no big needles, and once the sample is sent back via Freepost, results are available within 48 hours.

There are three test packages to choose from: Essential, which tests cholesterol and liver function; Baseline, which also includes iron levels, vitamin B12 and vitamin D; and Advanced, which adds diabetes (blood glucose sugar) and vitamin B9 (folate) to the tests.

The subscription system means you’re in control of what you want to test and how often you want to test it, plus you can change your package or cancel at any time.

Your results

Thriva uses a simple finger-prick test with a small needle. The company uses the same accredited labs as the NHS and the results are always reviewed by a UK-qualified GP before they are sent out. You’ll also receive a personalised health report and evidence-based advice on how to make positive changes. These can impact everything from energy levels and sleep, to heart and liver health.

Regular testing

Regular testing can help users to build up a picture of their health and monitor how it changes over time. Every Thriva subscription also comes with a personalised online dashboard where results, advice and personal recommendations are available at any time to help you make those little changes that can add up to a healthier you.
