Rajiv Sethu of India has been ranked 10th in the FIM Asia Road Racing Championship 2019 (ARRC). He became the first Indian to get this place in the history of ARRC championship.
During the qualifying round, Rajiv had managed to achieve the 12th position. He then achieved the fifth and sixth position with his best performance. However, his handle in the race got stuck with Indonesian racer, Irfan Ardiansyah. Therefore that made him to go back to the starting position and start all over again.
Even then, Rajiv did not quit. He was focusing on the race keeping himself calm. Rajiv surpassed two racer in the fifth lap to rank 10th. In Race 1, Rajiv got six points which benefited him two places in the championship standings by moving from the 12th position to 10th position. The next in the championship, Race 2 will be held on Sunday.
