Holly Willoughby laughs off bath snap blunder as she unveils new autobiography

Holly Willoughby paid no mind to her recent awkward bathtub picture blunder as she unveiled her new autobiography.

The This Morning star previously uploaded a snap of her Sunday bubble bath but swiftly deleted it when fans pointed out that they could see her reflection in the taps.

However, some argued that she wasn’t exactly visible, but the star opted to remove it just in case.

She poked fun at herself as she joked about “reflections” in the caption to the post promoting her new book with that name.

“Whilst we’re all talking about reflections….this is the only one of me you were meant to see …” she wrote on Instagram.

The short clip showed Holly writing the word “reflections” onto a mirror before the clip cut to the cover of her autobiography.

Now that’s a quick-witted save.

The star’s fans shared the excitement for the book while joking that the name of it was either a genius marketing move or a weird coincidence following her Instagram mishap.

Before she deleted the innocent bath snap, fans had taken to the comment section to warn the star of the potential blunder.

They wrote: “I wish my taps were that sparkling,” and another quipped: “Bet she doesn’t now.”

Other followers claimed they had zoomed in to see the blurry reflection of the mum-of-three on the taps.

One commented: “Already comments people saying they are zooming in on the reflection,” while another warned: “Careful of the tap reflection.”

Holly recently shared a snap of herself getting the Covid jab.

She revealed last Thursday that she finally got her vaccine after the rollout reached her age group.

“I’ve been done, I am fully vaccinated! Yesterday I went for my vaccine, I stood in the queue, went in, totally seamless, all fine,” she told co-host Phillip Schofield, 58.

She continued: “It’s quite an emotional experience, because you talk about it for so long, then you go in there and everyone around you, there is this atmosphere that we are all finally getting the vaccination we have wanted.”
