Happy International Chocolate Day! Today, September 13, is as good a reason as any to buy a bar of your favourite sweet treat – with the day having been chosen by the US National Confectioners Association to coincide with the birth date of chocolate pioneer Milton S Hershey.

Let’s face it, most of us eat plenty of the stuff, but when faced with a picture of a chocolate bar removed from its wrapper and cut in half, could you identify the bar simply from seeing its inside?
