Government 'delaying the inevitable', says Labour leader Keir Starmer

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer says that the government “is delaying the inevitable” and must act now to reduce the transmission of Covid-19.

Speaking to the BBC’s Vicki Young, Sir Keir said the virus “is out of control”.
