Glasgow-headquartered recruitment firm Iconic Resourcing has appointed three new members of staff, launched a new division and will move to a larger office space later this month.
Debby Stewart has been hired to launch and lead its new legal recruitment practice, while the finance team has also expanded with Jenna Crole moving from a management role in the University of Glasgow, and Emma Shahnavaz joining from Allstaff.
The recruitment firm was founded in 2019 and claims to have experienced a 300% growth in turnover in year three, putting it on track to break £1m in turnover for the first time.
Co-founders Lauren Jow and Hannah Green have signed on for a new office space, securing one of the few remaining suites at the Garment Factory in Merchant City, where they join the likes of Channel 4, Shoosmiths and Incremental.
Iconic will move to the Garment Factory on 24 January and is planning to fill the larger space with more new hires this year.
Green said: “The growth in our sectors has continued at a strong pace and the demand for permanent and interim professionals remains high.
“The new appointments of Debby, Jenna and Emma will mean the team has doubled in headcount since 2020 and I am delighted to welcome these high calibre professionals to our team.”
Jow added: “I am immensely proud of our team’s achievements in 2021 and can’t wait to begin the next chapter in our new office space as we expand our professional networks further.
“I firmly believe now is the optimum time to launch our legal division, matching talent with top tier firms utilising innovative, unique, and tailored recruitment solutions.”
