Gillian Anderson 'reunites with Peter Morgan as he dumps Jemima Goldsmith'

Gillian Anderson and Peter Morgan’s romance is reportedly back on.

The Crown creator was said to quickly move on with friend Jemima Goldsmith, 47, shortly after his relationship crumbled; Peter and Jemima had been friends for years.

However, it’s believed Gillian, 52, and Peter, 57, have got back together; the exes had lots of history together after spending four years madly in love.

And what’s more, claims emerged the writer has even joined the actress in Prague, Czech Republic.

The Fall star Gillian has flown out to Prague to spend the next two months working on the film set of White Bird: A Wonder Story, The Daily Mail reported.

One of Jemima’s friends told the newspaper: “Peter pursued her, rather than the other way around. He persuaded her that they would be great together, but has now gone back to Gillian.

“This has happened in the past week. She is pretty knocked for six about it.

“People are appalled by his behaviour. It seems really rather unstable. He had said he was serious about Jemima and she was certainly serious about the romance with him.”

The Mirror approached Gillian Anderson, Peter Morgan and Jemima Goldsmith’s representatives for further comment.

It’s understood Gillian and Peter never lived together during the four years they were a couple.

Previously, the pair had set boundaries before they begun working together on the hit Netflix show The Crown.

Peter was writing the show while Gillian joined the star-studded cast as Margaret Thatcher in 2020.

The actress said they wouldn’t comment on each other’s work to ensure they had “clear boundaries”, meaning she wouldn’t talk about the script and Peter wouldn’t talk about her performance.

She told Harper’s Bazaar last year: “For our own sanity, and actually for the benefit of the relationship, we had very clear boundaries,” she said to the publication.

“I am not going to comment on the script, but you are not allowed to comment on the performance!”
