Gemma Collins admitted she was trying to kickstart her healthy New Year plan after revealing some days she feels ‘ugly or not good enough’.
The former TOWIE star, 40, shared throwback videos of herself working out as she revealed it was ‘time to get back to it’, after the festive period.
In the clips, Gemma was wearing a printed black and white two-piece gym set, while pumping some weights and completing a gruelling work out.

She wrote: ‘Watching videos to motivate me. Time to get back at it. Holiday is over.’
Gemma also revealed she was embarking on a new meal plan with Muscle Foods as she plans to resume her fitness and healthy eating.
In the next clip, she added: ‘So excited to be on @mfgoalgettersuk @musclefooduk.’

Last week, Gemma admitted she sometimes feels ‘ugly’ and not ‘good enough’, saying she regularly doubts herself despite her larger than life on-screen persona.
Gemma is known as a bold and confident diva but she says she is just ‘performing’ when she is on television.
She said, while her insecurities sometimes get her down, she is happy in her relationship with fiancé Rami Hawash, 46, who she insists has changed her life.

Speaking on the Secure the Insecure podcast, she said: ‘Some days you have an off day. You know, you’re just like, ‘Oh, I look really ugly today, I don’t feel myself.’
‘Just this strange stuff, like, my life seems really good, is it suddenly going to go wrong? Am I good enough to do this job? Am I confident?
‘You know, everyone has it, so when people see me, like performing on TV and stuff, before that, you do sometimes doubt yourself a little bit.

‘But then I just take a deep breath and I go, ‘I’ve got nothing to lose. I’ve just got to do this.’ But you know, I wouldn’t be human if you didn’t have the down days, you know?’
Gemma, who rose to fame on The Only Way Is Essex in 2011, says she acts up in front of the camera in a bid to entertain fans but, in real life, she claims she is much more down to earth.
The Diva Forever star explained: ‘When I came into this… I am very on the ball. I had a business background, I used to sell cars, I fully understand what it takes and what people are watching me for entertainment and when you’re watching the GC, that’s what you get.

‘When you’re watching me on Piers Morgan [Life Stories] you get the real me, which… do you know what, I’m pretty normal in real life.
‘You know I have my insecurities, I have my vulnerabilities, my life hasn’t been plain sailing, but would that be entertainment for people? No.
‘The GC knows how to entertain, and basically that’s what I do. But regarding Diva, I pretty much produced that show, but they wouldn’t give me a producer credit.’

Gemma recently confirmed her engagement to partner Rami and the couple hope to have a baby together this year.
The couple are planning to marry once his divorce is finalised but Gemma has a good relationship with Rami’s ex and considers herself to be a step-mother to his young son Tristan.
She said: ‘I’m happy. I’m happy and I’m settled. I am with the love of my life.’
Gemma and Rami previously split in 2014 but got back together in the midst of the pandemic.
She said: ‘We’re so happy, I’ve got a little step son now and I’ve got a really good balance’
‘It’s not all work, I’ve got a great personal life and please God, we go on to have a baby next year, when I’ve got some time – to do what you need to do to have a baby, because I’ve not had much time recently.
‘Sorry, Ram’I feel like I’ve got my family now, my own family and we’re gonna be becoming a family and it’s kind of been the best year of my life really.’
