In a lengthy caption, the media personality-come-businesswoman touched on being a stepmother and an auntie – alongside hopes she will have her own children one day.
Gemma also thanked Tristan’s biological mother for letting her look after him.
She penned: ‘No feeling like it my little prince being a step mummy is so rewarding love is free and so rewarding nothing can put a price on this.
‘I’m really looking forward to all the Christmas stuff coming up days out etc things to see and of course my Hayden will be with me and Kane’.
