England boss Gareth Southgate has included Manchester City star Foden in his 29-man squad for the friendly with Republic of Ireland and Nations League double header with Belgium and Iceland.
But there is no room for Mason Greenwood who was sent home in disgrace along with Foden from the England squad after sneaking girls back into the team hotel as they broke strict coronavirus protocols in September.
It is understood that Southgate decided to give them a punishment of missing one squad last month for the games with Denmark, Belgium and also Wales.

Reece James is in even though he will serve a two-game ban and, despite Harry Maguire also having a one-game ban for being sent off, the Manchester United captain is also included.
Southgate will look at an experimental line up to face Ireland at Wembley as he tries out different options.
