In a heated discussion with Karl Stefanovic on 60 Minutes on Sunday, the former Good Morning Britain star let rip at the Duchess of Sussex once again.
Over the weekend, Meghan welcomed her baby girl Lilibet Diana into the world while Piers made the following claims…
1. ‘Meghan was telling untruths’
Piers claimed to know a lot of the things Meghan had said in her Oprah interview were “untrue”.
Among the jaw-dropping revelations in the Oprah interview, Meghan said she had secretly got married to Prince Harry three days before the Royal wedding in Windsor.
The Arch Bishop of Canterbury has since confirmed he didn’t marry the couple days before their wedding as the lovebirds exchanged personal vows.
Looking back at the Oprah interview, Piers now claimed there were “a lot of things” he knew to be “untrue” including the bombshell about a secret wedding.
He said: “Well, that’s not true. They couldn’t have got married three days before they said they did because that would make the Archbishop of Canterbury a criminal.
“There were a lot of things coming out of Meghan Markle’s mouth that I knew to be untrue.”
2. ‘I had to leave the job for holding Meghan to account’
Explosively Piers blamed leaving his enviable TV job on Meghan.
With immediate effect, he quit Good Morning Britain just hours after he rowed with weatherman Alex Beresford about Meghan in March.
The outspoken presenter had launched an extraordinary attack on Prince Harry and Meghan after their bombshell Oprah interview.
In eyebrow raising scenes, Piers clashed with Alex over their differing opinions about the Duchess of Sussex.
Behind the scenes, Meghan lodged a complaint about Piers after he rubbished her account of suffering suicidal thoughts and experiencing racism.
In a new interview, Piers claimed he was holding Meghan and Harry to account like he would hold a government minister.
The presenter quipped because he held Meghan and Harry to account he was forced to leave his job.
He said: “I thought there were downright lies coming out of the interview and I saw my job to hold these two people to the same account I would hold a government minister.
“For doing that, within 36 hours I had to leave the job.”
Previously, Piers revealed he chose to quit rather than apologise to Meghan.
3. ‘You aren’t allowed to disbelieve a liar like Meghan’
In another bombshell, Piers took aim at Meghan when he said people aren’t allowed to “disbelieve” her.
The TV personality once again took the opportunity to claim Meghan was “telling lies”.
He said: “You’re not allowed to disbelieve a liar like Meghan Markle. I’m sorry to call her that but she tells lies… We’ve proven that.”
4. ‘Freedom of speech is more important than the Meghan debacle’
Piers insisted freedom of speech was more important than his ongoing feud with Meghan.
They have been feuding since the Duchess of Sussex ghosted the presenter and snubbed him from the Royal wedding after just one meet up at the pub.
In the explosive interview, questioning took a turn when Stefanovic grilled Piers over whether he’s just an “angry old man”.
Piers laughed before he championed the importance of freedom of speech.
He said: “Freedom of speech is actually more important than the Meghan Markle debacle.”

5. ‘Meghan, Harry and the woke brigade are marching around like they’re Kim Jong-un with a dash of Vladimir Putin’
In a final blow, Piers compared Meghan, Harry and the woke brigade to marching around like they’re Kim Jong-un with a dash of Vladimir Putin.
“The origin of woke was well-intentioned. It was to have an awareness, to be awake to racial and social injustice. We can all sign up to that,” he said.
“But it’s been hijacked, by extremely illiberal people professing to be liberal, who’ve now become the modern day fascists.
“These people are marching around like they’re Kim Jong-un with a dash of Vladimir Putin. And to me, that will kill our societies.”
