Fancy five bedrooms, a sauna and incredible river views? This luxurious houseboat could be the answer.

The property even comes with its own jet ski platform – but it will set you back £3.5miilion.

The houseboat – which is actually a converted 1930s steal barge – boasts over 5,000 sq ft of internal space, as well as a near 50ft foredeck.

The upper deck includes a vast and bright reception, kitchen and dining areas, a central atrium stairway to a lower deck and wonderful dock views.

On the lower deck, there is even more space for socialising, along with access to the Jet-ski platform and the five large double bedrooms – each with direct or shared ensuite facilities.

The beautiful floating property is moored at St Katharine Docks, which is close to central London.

As it is permanently moored, you do have to pay fees, which comes to a hefty £32,000 per annum.

Tom Parker, consumer spokesperson at Zoopla said: ‘For someone on the hunt for a unique property that’s well-equipped to work from home, this luxurious houseboat could be a promising option.

‘It comes complete with a newly built, spacious home office with views overlooking Tower Bridge, and even has its very own sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day at work.’
