FIFA 21 Rulebreakers Team 2 leaks and predictions with two players teased

Ahead of the FUT 21 Rulebreakers Team 2 squad being unveiled tonight (Friday), two players have been teased ahead of the promo release.

The FIFA 21 Ultimate Team Rulebreakers promo features upgraded players, special SBC’s, objectives and more, with the attribute upgrades aiming to change the usability of the players within the game mode. For example, Bayern Munich winger Douglas Costa featured in the Team 1 release, with upgraded shooting attributes, making him instantly more usable and effective in-game.

Other FUT 21 Rulebreakers cards included in Team 1 were Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane, Man City defender Aymeric Laporte, Napoli forward Dries Mertens and Sevilla winger Lucas Ocampos, with all four players given upgraded overall ratings and boosted attributes in specific areas.

This is how EA describe the Rulebreakers promo: “A group of players who defy the status quo by tearing up the pitch with unique permanent upgrades, Rulebreakers leave behind their previous styles of play and transform into different kinds of stars with game-changing stat updates.”

Tonight (Friday), the FUT 21 Rulebreakers Team 2 will be released at 6pm GMT, with the cards set to be available in packs from the same time. Ahead of the team being unveiled, EA themselves have teased two players who will be included in Rulebreakers Team 2.

Both posted on Thursday evening, the official EA SPORTS FIFA account tweeted two teasers, which gave huge hints about the players who could be included in Rulebreakers Team 2.

The first teaser refers to a German CAM with 80 passing and 80 physical, which hints that it could be Paris Saint-German midfielder Julian Draxler, who already has 80 passing, but could be getting upgraded physical plus pace, shooting or dribbling. Other possible options include Thomas Muller, Julian Brandt and Mesut Ozil.

In the second teaser, EA refer to an Inter ST with 85 pace and 85 shooting. Obviously, as the club has been named it narrows down the possibilities to just two players, Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez.

On this occasion, it’s likely to be Lukaku, as Martinez already has 82 pace and 83 shooting, so it wouldn’t be that much of an upgrade if it was the Argentinian striker. This is how both cards could look should they be included in the FUT 21 Rulebreakers Team 2 tonight (Friday).
