Mediatonic has announced the official start date of Season 2 of Fall Guys and the chance to win double fame points while you wait.

They said it would be early October and now developer Mediatonic has confirmed that Fall Guys Season 2 will start on Thursday, 8 October.

As already known, the season will have a medieval fantasy theme, with costumes including a dragon, knight, witch, wizard, Viking, and Valkyrie.

There’ll also be new levels that will feature things like giant axes, drawbridges, siege ramps and other paraphernalia from the Middle Ages.

When does Fall Guys Season 2 start?

Thanks to being free on PlayStation Plus for a month, Fall Guys was an instant hit but still seems to be doing well now you have to pay for it.

There’s still no sign of the hinted at Switch and Xbox versions though, so for now Season 2 is going to be playable on PlayStation 4 and PC.

If you’ve not played in a while then Mediatonic has a new incentive to win you back before Season 2 begins, as you can earn double fame points from now until Season 2 begins.

Fall Guys first came out on 4 August, so if Season 2 lasts as long as Season 1 (which isn’t guaranteed) that means Season 3 should start sometime in early December – so you can probably already guess what that’s going to be themed around.
