Helen posted the video on her social media account to show off her maternity lingerie range Delilah Ruby.

She said: “Prettiest autum maternity set in a beautiful berry @DelilahRubyUK. Perfect for nursing your little one and super comfortable in pregnancy. 100% of sales for this set will go to charity til November the 1st.”

And fans were in awe of Helen’s post.

And one added: “Just want to say, you look incredible!”

Proud mum Helen was been open with her fans about her experiences of “extreme morning sickness”, telling them that she’s found the pregnancy a real struggle.

The couple, who already share Matilda, three, and Delilah, one, shared their baby joy earlier this month as they admitted they couldn’t wait to welcome a fifth member to their happy family.

They’ll be raising their new tot in their Manchester family home, where they kick back in serious style during whatever downtime their hectic schedules permit.

“We know we’re going to get married next year but we still don’t have a venue booked!” she told  OK!

“I’m really picky and I’m looking for something perfect. We’re quite a modern couple so I don’t want anything old fashioned, and I definitely don’t want to get married somewhere one of my friends has had their wedding.”
