Emma Willis and Busted husband Matt trained up to give Covid injections

The Circle presenter Emma Willis and her Busted husband Matt have trained up to give Covid injections to those in need.

The couple trained with St john’s Ambulance and can now give covid injections in Hertfordshire after training with the vaccination volunteer programme.

Emma said: “Today Matt Willis and I spent the day finishing our training with St John’s Ambulance to become part of their vaccination volunteer programme.

“Thank you so much to the whole team who guided and taught us and for making it informative AND fun! What a brilliant bunch of good eggs. Bring on the first shift!!”

Matt also posted a picture of some of his training materials and joked on Instagram “That’s What I Go to School For”

He added: “We did it… coming to a vaccination centre near you… thanks so much @stjohn_ambulance for all your incredible help and training.. it has been so challenging and rewarding already and we have only just begun… cannot wait for the first shift!”

Emma has trained before as a maternity care assistant at Princess Alexandra Hospital for her show, Emma Willis: Delivering Babies.

She joins Towie’s Bobby Norris in learning how to give out Covid injections

St John’s Ambulance are training 30,000 volunteers to help with the roll-out, including giving the jabs themselves as well as helping to meet and greet patients.

Marvin and Rochelle Humes told the couple: “Proud of you”, with Emma Bunton adding “Amazing!!”
