Edinburgh start-up the Thriving Box company has rebranded to reflect the demand for corporate gifting to HappyCo.
The company started as a gifting service that aimed to support local businesses by enabling customers across the UK to shop for local artisan food, art and coffee, delivered straight to their door.
It has delivered more than 5,000 gift boxes throughout the UK generating £200,000 in revenue for small independent businesses.
The employee gifting company has decided to focus on corporate gifting and has become one of the fastest growing companies in this sector.
After success as a consumer gifting platform for one year, HappyCo picked up on the demand for their gift boxes from companies looking for a fun and simple way to show appreciation for their staff.
Fraser Edwards became the co-founder of HappyCo after he transformed the brand to reflect their new direction following his appointment in May.
HappyCo. have been operating with a four-day working week to support the mental health and wellbeing of their employees.
It partnered with The National Autistic Society (TNAS) and aimed to raise £20,000 in three months to help TNAS support people living with autism and their families.
This will be taken from their 2021 Christmas orders with the aim of donating their money by 1 February.
Fraser Edwards said: “Robbie and I knew that we had to develop the Thriving Box Co brand, but we didn’t anticipate a full rebrand. Five months on and the changes we’ve made and achieved with the rebrand make me incredibly proud.
“Being a small team, we were super hands on throughout the whole process, and it still amazes me how much the rebranding process has transformed our business and how we show up for our clients. I’m super excited to see what the next few months and years will bring for us at HappyCo.”
