MYLEENE Klass has revealed she miscarried her baby while presenting on the radio.
The mum-of-three kept her trauma secret from those around her and bravely finished the show.
Dancing on Ice star Myleene – who presents shows on Classic FM and Smooth Radio – said she called her friend to help her carry on.
Desert Island Discs host Lauren Laverne stayed on the phone as Myleene sobbed as songs played before having to speak on the mic.
In an emotional interview with You magazine, Myleene said: “I was on air. I went to the loo while the music was playing and there was blood everywhere. I didn’t know what to do. I had one hour left of my show.
“Lauren said, ‘Do one link, take a breath, come out and call me.’ She got me through. I did the next link and called her. We counted the links.
“I would go out, sob and come back in, take a deep breath and speak.”
Last year the singer, who found fame in Hear’say, opened up about having four miscarriages before giving birth to her miracle baby Apollo.
Myleene has two older daughters by ex-husband Graham Quinn, but struggled before having her third child with partner Simon Motson in 2019.
The star decided to pay tribute to all the other mums who have gone through the same pain as her on Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day 2020.
Myleene posted some snaps from throughout her pregnancies and a from the heart caption explaining how she tried to cope with the grief from losing four children.
She said at the time: “I am Mama to 7 babies, Ava, Hero, Apollo my rainbow baby and 4 little stars in the sky.
“I know after my own MC’s how I scoured the internet for stories similar to mine for peace, reassurance. I hope this helps even one lost soul…”
