A man has built a full cocktail bar that folds out from what looks like your average garden shed.

Dad-of-three, Richard Ward, from Dinnington, Sheffield, built himself a shed in his back garden and, when closed, it looks completely normal.

But wehen open, the shed reveals itself to be an over-seven-ft-tall, fully stocked cocktail bar big enough for two to stand inside.

It’s also fully equipped with Wi-Fi and an entertainment system perfect for outdoor parties.

When Richard decided he wanted to build himself a bar, he liked the idea of making it look like a shed so as not to attract burglars.

He said: ‘It took me around four weekends to complete the bar and cost around £900 in total.

‘I wanted it to look like a conventional shed for enhanced security reasons as lots of home bars get broken into for their valuable contents.

‘You would never guess what is inside and how big it is when it opens up.

‘My kids, Jake, 26, Mason, 24 and Tyler, 17, all love the bar and enjoy it for different reasons.

‘Jake loves the bar as he can relax and watch football with his friends.

‘Mason is Instagram and social media mad. He loves sitting at the bar with gin and friends listening to Cardi B.

‘My partner, Nikki, 48, loves chilling in the hot tub whilst I top up her prosecco as the bartender.’

As for bigger party plans, Richard said they’re planing on having friends and family over to watch the football in July.

‘Our first opening to family and friends will be for the Euro 2021 finals,’ he said.

‘We have just enjoyed using it whilst relaxing in the hot tub so far.’
