In March last year, the model lifted the lid on their romance life and falling madly in love.
Courtney told US Weekly : “I’ve been dating the same guy for three years, Chris [Sheng].
“It isn’t easy to believe in love. It’s hard for me to completely open up to him and trust.
“I’m constantly pulling back and criticizing everything about everything.”
Courtney has been in a storm of headlines after vile messages she was sent by Chrissy Teigen come to light.
Chrissy gave Courtney a grovelling apology on Twitter.
She wrote: “Not a lot of people are lucky enough to be held accountable for all their past bulls**t in front of the entire world. I’m mortified and sad at who I used to be.
“I was an insecure, attention-seeking troll. I am ashamed and completely embarrassed at my behavior but that…is nothing compared to how I made Courtney feel.”
Courtney said Chrissy never reached out privately but will “accept her apology and forgive her” moving forward.
