Cornwall house narrower than a London bus for sale for £430,000

Cute, right? (Picture: Rightmove)

A two-bedroom house in seaside town Padstow, Cornwall is on the market for £429,995.

It’s painted blue, has an adorable white-tiled bathroom, and an equally cute blue-tiled kitchen to match the outside paint job.

The one slight catch is that nowhere is the property wider than a London bus.

The widest part of the home, the master bedroom, is 8ft 2inches, while New Routemaster busses are 8 ft 31⁄4 inches wide.

According to the listing, the house has featured on TV shows and is part of the Padstow guides’ walk.

Currently a holiday let with Cornish Horizons, the house has beamed ceilings and offers access to a courtyard shared with three of the neighbouring properties.

There’s also a utility room outside with space for a washing machine and a shed.

The space has been utilised pretty well, with a kitchen complete with a full-sized fridge, cooker and dining table big enough for four.

The bathroom is very spacious, and the second bedroom is even big enough to squeeze two double beds inside.
