Christine Lampard marked her daughter Patricia’s third birthday with an elaborate rainbow-themed party.

The Loose Women star left fans in awe when she gave them an insight into the stunning bash via a series of snaps posted to her Instagram page this week.

The pictures showed that Patricia’s big day was celebrated with a massive and delectable-looking spread of various foods and treats, an enormous bouncy castle surrounded by several bunches of large helium balloons and a striking, colourful cake embellished with intricate icing flowers and mini cakes in the shape of building blocks with Patricia’s name spelled out on each one.

One particularly special image, which made the party theme truly magical, showed little Patricia wearing butterfly wings as she looked out the window to see that a real rainbow had formed over the garden.

“Her rainbow themed birthday actually came to life, our gorgeous little girl is 3 already,” the TV presenter wrote alongside the post.

It wasn’t only the elaborate birthday cake that was a sweet treat. There were also custom-made cupcakes iced with Patricia’s age

The comment section was soon filled with praise for the decorations and well wishes to the birthday girl.

This Morning host Holly Willoughby, wrote: “Awww Happy birthday Patricia.”

Fellow Loose Women panelist Nadia Sawalha joked: “Happy birthday Patricia … now let’s get to the important stuff … THOSE BAGELS!!!!”

But it was the fans who marvelled at the extravagance: “OMG! Kind of reminds me of when the Kardashians throw parties for their kids. But so beautiful,’ while another added: “I’ve never had a party like this and I’m almost 60. Adopt me, please!”

Christine returned to the set of Loose Women this week following maternity leave after giving birth to son Freddie in March

Christine and her husband, former England footballer, Frank Lampard hosted their daughter’s party at their modern, £10 million London mansion.

Patricia’s sisters Luna, 15, and Isla, 13, from Frank’s previous marriage to Ellen Rivas, were in attendance along with close other family members and close friends of the couple.

Patricia is named after Frank’s mother who died in 2008 aged 58. Christine gave birth to her second child with Frank, a son they named Freddie, in March.

The Irish star returned to Loose Women after maternity leave this week and joked that Freddie .

She admitted to her co-hosts Coleen Nolan, Janet Street-Porter and Sunetra Sarker, that her time with the newborn has taken a bit of a toll.

“I was just looking at myself and was like ‘I look absolutely exhausted!’ It’s good to be back. It feels really nice. I watched Loose Women every day. It was more for that company feeling. You can feel a bit isolated when you can’t get out and do what you want to do in the same way.”

Speaking of Patricia’s birthday, which was on Monday, she noted: “It was my little girl’s birthday yesterday, she’s three already and of course Freddie is six months already. It’s funny how you forget and then you’re in it again, the sleepless nights.”
