Chris Colfer has revealed one of his favourite memories of Glee co-star Naya Rivera.

The actress, 33, died in July after going missing in a boating accident.

Chris, who played Kurt Hummel on the musical series, remember his close friend’s ‘incredible’ hidden talent that would make him ‘belly laugh’ when he was feeling down.

He told E!’s Daily Pop: ‘A lot of people probably don’t know this, but Naya had the most incredible impressions and she was always, always ready to give you one if you were in a bad mood.’

Asked what her best impression was, the actor shared: ‘She had this one of Kim Kardashian on jury duty. [It would] always make me belly laugh whenever I needed one.’

Chris and Naya, who played the character Santana, remained close after Glee ended and following her death, he paid tribute to ‘brilliance and humour’.

He wrote on Instagram: ‘How can you convey all your love and respect for someone in one post? How can you summarise a decade of friendship and laughter with words alone?

‘Her brilliance and humour were unmatched. Her beauty and talent were otherworldly. She spoke truth to power with poise and fearlessness. She could turn a bad day into a great day with a single remark.

‘She inspired and uplifted people without even trying. ‘Being close to her was both a badge of honour and a suit of armour. Naya was truly one of a kind, and she always will be.’

The star was one of the cast members of Glee who joined the search for Naya when she first went missing, holding hands with her family at the site where she was last seen.

Her son Josey, 5, is now living with his father, Naya’s ex-husband Ryan Dorsey.
