Chelsea vs Bournemouth – LIVE: Goals, score and latest updates plus action from Premier League and predictions, team news, line-ups, odds and more

Life at Stamford Bridge has started very promisingly for Maurizio Sarri, who has guided Chelsea to three wins in their opening Premier League matches.

Chelsea, however, will not be taking Bournemouth lightly, having lost to them twice at home in their last three league meetings in west London.

Eddie Howe could hand Jefferson Lerma his Premier League debut and will welcome back Adam Smith, who returns from suspension, as they look to maintain their unbeaten start.

We’ll have all the latest from Stamford Bridge and around the Premier League:

Live Updates

Scrap everything I just said!

It’s one-nil to Chelsea and it’s due to work from the two substitutes as Giroud and Pedro link up with a one-two and Pedro beats Ake before beating Begovic!

Chelsea are currently moving on to four wins from four alongside Liverpool as things stand!

Chelsea still doing most of the probing and Giroud takes the shot from the edge of the box which flashes narrowly wide.

Can Begovic keep his clean sheet at Stamford Bridge?

It’d be Bournemouth’s consecutive shut-out in London.

Brighton 1-2 Fulham (Murray, 67)

And the Seagulls are right back in it!

Glenn Murray who was the hero when they put United to the sword a few weeks ago has given them a lifeline here.

Can they find an equaliser?

BRIGHTON 0-2 FULHAM (Mitrovic, 63)

Dunk was punished by the big Serb as he won the ball off the Brighton defender and prodded past Mat Ryan on his second attempt.

Fulham looking comfortable and happy.

Crystal Palace goalkeeper saves the poor penalty from Charlie Austin!

He’s only just come on and they may be made to rue that.

Two big substitutions in the Premier League with two home teams in Blue chasing a goal!

Chelsea replace Alvaro Morata with Olivier Giroud while Everton bring on Ademola Lookman who has been heavily linked with a move away.

Sitter for Nathan Ake and he’s missed!

The former Chelsea player is staring at the goal and has a golden opportunity to net against his former club but he hits his chance over the bar.

55 mins: Great bit of play by Hazard who pulls the ball back to Alonso forcing a good save out of Begovic…

The Blues are pulling the strings but can’t find a way through just yet.

Chelsea starting to dominate and they have a corner as we speak.

Bournemouth are on the ropes but they are still defending resolutely…at the moment.

GOAL! Crystal Palace 0-1 Southampton (Ings, 47)

Cedric’s ball is rolled across the box and it misses Shane Long in the box but reaches the pouncing Danny Ings who scores his second goal in the red and white of Southampton.

Tottenham might not be playing today but there’s still some good news for them as Heung Min Son’s South Korea have regained the Asian Games and the full squad has now been granted exemption from national service.

It gets better and better for the Spurs.

Now to sort the Stadium.

Not many goals around at all in the Premier League with only Goodison Park seeing both the home and away side scoring as it’s:

Everton 1-1 Huddersfield

Chelsea 0-0 Bournemouth

Crystal Palace 0-0 Southampton

West Ham 0-0 Wolves

Brighton 0-1 Fulham (Schurrle)

POST HIT! Hazard rolls the ball across goal for Alonso who miskicks it into the post.

Good chance for Chelsea though just before half time.

BRIGHTON 0-1 FULHAM (Schurrle, 42)

Fulham continue where they left off last week and having saved a penalty earlier in the afternoon, the Cottagers now have the lead at the Amex.

Willian is hobbling off but will be hoping to come back on. He’s played okay so far having replaced Pedro.

GOAL! EVERTON 1-1 HUDDERSFIELD (Calvert-Lewin, 35)

Digne’s cross is sent towards Calvert-Lewin who’s header is flicked towards goal and beats Lossl even though he will feel he could’ve done slightly better.

Their lead was very very short-lived!

I told you it was a surprise they took the lead.

The biggest home banker of the Premier League games has produced the first goal and it would surely be your last guess!

The Terriers take the lead at Goodison despite Everton’s good form so far this season.

Palace have had a big penalty shout waved away as Bertrand came from behind Benteke and felled him but Martin Atkinson refuses to blow up.

Still 0-0.
