B*Witched’s very own Lindsay Armaou looked basically unrecognisable as she showed off her acting skills in a Netflix series.

The singer rose to fame in the 90s being part of the iconic Irish girl group with twin sisters Edele and Keavy Lynch and Sinéad O’Carroll.

Lindsay is now 43 years old and was recently spotted by fans in Netflix’s popular new series Stay Close.

The drama is based on a novel of the same title by Harlan Coben and is filmed in the northwest.

She stars as Marlene Flynn in the English show, alongside James Nesbitt (as Michael Broome) and Richard Armitage (as Ray Levine).

The singer-turned-actress stars in three out of the eight episodes.

Fans were shocked when they saw her on their screens and took to social media to point it out.

One stunned viewer asked: “Did anyone cop that Carlton’s stepmum in #StayClose is Lindsay from B*Witched?”

“As if Lindsay from B*Witched is in Stay Close,” one fan commented while another added: “I’m ten minutes into #stayclose on netflix… is that lindsay from b*witched?!”

The synopsis of the show reads as: “The lives of a photojournalist, a soccer mom and homicide detective are disturbed by a terrible event from the past.”

Meanwhile, Lindsay was an original member of B*Witched between 1997 and 2002.

The group is best known for their debut song, C’est La Vie, along with his Rollercoaster, Blame It On The Weatherman and To You I Belong.

The group was dropped by their record company. Soon, Sinéad chose to leave and the group ended up splitting up.
