Britney Spears’ tall teenage sons 'look down on her' in rare family photo

Britney Spears has been pictured with her teenage sons in a rare family photo and it shows just how much they have grown up.

The 39-year-old singer has been at the centre of much drama recently with her conservatorship being detailed in a documentary, Framing Britney Spears.

So, it was a happy break from this for Britney as she posed with Sean Preston, 15, and Jayden James Federline, 14, on a recent hike with her two boys.

They have not often been seen with their mother, so some fans were surprised to see how they had grown and were now towering over 5ft 4in Britney.

The happy threesome were picture under the bright sunshine of a canyon which is reportedly near where Britney lives in Thousand Oaks, California.

The singer was wearing the same grey shorts that she was seen wearing in a Valentine’s tribute to her 27-year-old boyfriend Sam Asghari.

Britney wore dark sunglasses and had pulled down her face mask to show off a beaming smile while Sean and Jayden remained masked up.

Seeing Britney and her boys looking happy is far removed from their early years, in which she had a bruising custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

This led to her lowest points in her life though they agreed on a 50/50 split on custody.

In 2019, this decision was reversed and the boys now spend 70% of their time living with their 42-year-old father.

Jayden caused a stir a year ago after he spoke out about his mother’s personal life in an Instagram live video.

In it, he railed against his grandfather Jamie Spears, 68, who is a co-conservator on Britney’s life.

He infamously called Jamie “a jerk” and that “he’s a pretty big d**k” as well as saying that he “can go die.”

There was better news for Britney’s boyfriend Sam, as Jayden said: “I like Sam. He’s good. He’s nice. He’s a really good dude.”
