Black Friday 2019 sales are beginning this week, with the major sales day taking place on Friday. In recent years Black Friday has overtaken Boxing Day as the best time to grab a bargain in the UK. Many retailers slash prices in advance of Black Friday, which comes the day after Thanksgiving. And for Black Friday 2019 PS4 gamers can take advantage of a trick to get an even bigger saving.

Right now the official PS4 PS Store is running a Black Friday 2019 promotion with big savings on popular PlayStation games.

Among the savings is the ever popular GTA 5, with the Premium Online Edition reduced by 73 per cent to just £7.99.

While Marvel’s Spider-Man has had its price slashed by 54 per cent to £15.99 and FIFA 20 has seen its price drop to £39.99.

Red Dead Redemption 2 Ultimate Edition has also had its price slashed from £89.99 to £29.99.
