Big Fat Gypsy Wedding’s Paddy Doherty seriously ill with coronavirus: ‘Keep my father in prayer’

Paddy Doherty, star of Big Fat Gypsy Wedding, is seriously ill with coronavirus, his family have confirmed.

The Celebrity Big Brother winner, 61, is on oxygen to help him battle the virus after he was admitted to hospital yesterday.

Last night, Paddy’s son Simey wrote on Facebook: ‘Can you please keep my father in prayer please as as he is been rushed to hospital.’

A few hours ago, he provided an update on his father’s condition, revealing that they recently spoke.

‘Can everybody please keep my father in prayer as I was just speaking to him and he has got double pneumonia,’ he stated.

‘Also claw seen in the lungs and tested positive for Covid. He’s also on oxygen. Keep my father in prayer.’

Paddy’s wife, Roseanne Doherty, also shared the news regarding her husband’s health on Facebook.

‘Please will everything pray for my Paddy – he has been taken in to hospital. He is not very well,’ she wrote.
