Arsenal star Aubameyang won the Premier League golden boot alongside Liverpool duo Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane this season, scoring 22 Premier League goals.
It was a big campaign for the Gabon international, who showed signs of living up to his £56million price tag following his arrival from Borussia Dortmund in January 2018.
Aubameyang is set to start for Arsenal in their Europa League final showdown with Chelsea in Baku on May 29.
However, that game could potentially be his last with Spanish media claiming he is a player in-demand.
Barcelona supposedly have him on their list of transfer targets.
Mundo Deportivo say the striker has his admirers over in Catalonia, with the La Liga giants preparing for a busy transfer window of their own.
Many expect the La Liga giants to sign Antoine Griezmann from Atletico Madrid.
The World Cup winner confirmed he would be leaving the club on Tuesday in a video he posted online.
But Aubameyang, alongside Arsenal team-mate Alexandre Lacazette and Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford, is also in their sights.
However, Mundo Deportivo say Real Madrid are willing to spend BIG on the forward.
And past comments from Aubameyang will make for concerning reading for Arsenal fans.
“Yes. It’s a promise I made to my grandfather,” he said in 2016 when asked if he would play there.
Meanwhile, speaking after Aubameyang hit a hat-trick for Arsenal against Valencia earlier this month, Martin Keown lauded the striker.
“I have said it before but he is the closest thing to Henry and he is proving that tonight,” he said.
“We are getting out of our chairs every time he has the ball. Let’s credit Emery as well for playing both of those strikers and Ozil as well.
“He was cup-tied last year and boy did Arsenal miss him. He was Hazard-like running with the ball at times tonight.
“He became a top player for me tonight. I’ve said he is the closest thing to Henry and he showed it.”
