Arnold Schwarzenegger took some time out from self-isolation to ride a bike with his pal.

Despite the California lockdown, the 72-year-old wanted some time out of the house to exercise around Los Angeles.

Only an electric road bike that big will be suitable for the Terminator after all.

The Terminator star looked carefree in his black jacket and jeans while protecting himself from the sun with sunglasses and a cap.

Considering he has spent the last week self-isolating with his pony and miniature donkey Whiskey and Lulu, it’s no surprise he wanted some sunshine.

The star recently shared a video of him eating his dinner, captioned: ‘After my home workout, fueling up with Whiskey and Lulu.’

The former governor filmed himself trying to eat a plate of food while his pets did their best to snaffle some off his plate.

Arnie fed Whiskey and Lulu some leaves from his dinner, before they tried to help themselves to the rest of his meal.

He could be heard telling them: ‘No! That’s mine!’ as the four-legged friends attempted to steal his food.

Arnold had been keeping himself entertained while in self-isolation, and he shared a video of him chilling in his jacuzzi encouraging others to stay indoors amid the coronavirus outbreak.

40 million people on Friday morning woke up to a lockdown in California.

At a press conference on Thursday 19 March, the Californian governor announced a shelter-in-place order that asked people to stay home unless it was for anything essential

It was explained the rate of coronavirus was doubling every four days in some areas of the state and that the degree to which hospitals will be overwhelmed will depend on how citizens respond to the restrictions.
