ANGELINA Jolie lost her battle to “kick judge off” in her dragged-out divorce case with ex-husband Brad Pitt.
The 45-year-old actress previously tried to have Judge John W. Ouderkirk removed from the case.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Friday, the case is “assigned to Honorable Judge W. Ouderkirk (Ret.) for all purposes.”
A source later confirmed to the outlet that the judge will preside over case as the former couple prepare for their custody hearing.
Angelina and Brad, 56, share six kids: Maddox, 19, Pax, 16, Zahara, 15, Shiloh, 14, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 12.
The judge knows the former couple well and even officiated their 2014 wedding ceremony.
The outlet obtained court documents in which the judge addressed Angelina’s claims, writing: “The Objection to my continued service does not change my ability to objectively view and evaluate the evidence presented by both sides and apply the law impartially.
“Thank you for considering the issues presented affecting the lives of these parties and their children.”
The judge also noted in the documents that the Maleficent star “clearly failed” to prove any form of bias from him in the case.
After Jolie argued against the judge, a source told Us that the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actor believed Angelina had “gone way too far” and was “left with no other option but to dig in and fight back — hard.”
The former power couple split in September 2016 after two years of marriage.
On Thursday, Us Weekly reported that Brad filed his witness list last week for the upcoming custody trial.
The court date is expected to be held from October 5 to October 23.
Angelina’s former Girl, Interrupted costar Jillian Armenante happened to be on Brad’s witness list.

Speaking of Brad and Angelina’s current relationship, a source exclusively told Us Weekly earlier this month: “Tensions have escalated between Brad and Angelina, with family therapy no longer taking place.”
The insider went on: “Brad wants 50/50 joint physical and legal custody of the kids. Angelina has been unagreeable to those terms.
“[She] will only agree to talk about an agreement if the home base for the children isn’t Los Angeles. The younger kids are in school in Los Angeles, which Angelina has always been opposed to.
“They are very smart and are eager to attend school in person [amid the COVID-19 pandemic].”
