ANGELINA Jolie has claimed she’s being denied a “fair trial” in her custody war with Brad Pitt.
The actress, 45, hit out after Judge John Ouderkirk reportedly stopped some of her “minor” children testifying about the actor.
Angelina alleged that Ouderkirk “refused to hear the minor teenagers’ testify to their wishes in regards to their ‘custody fate'”.
She said she’s being denied a fair trial in the process.
The star submitted documents to California’s Second District Court of Appeal on Monday in a bid to disqualify Ouderkirk from ruling over the case.
Her lawyers alleged that the judge has “failed to adequately consider… input as to their experiences, needs, or wishes”.
They claimed this is in violation of a state legal code that allows minors 14 to 17 to testify.
Angelina’s lawyers told the court that Ouderkirk won’t let her submit evidence that speaks to the safety and well-being of the minors.
They said it is “evidence critical to making her case.”
The sources added that the legal battle may go on for the next six years.
The former couple have not reached a settlement on how to split their multi-million dollar fortunes or the custody of their five underage kids.
Us Weekly previously reported that Maddox appeared to take Angelina’s side as he spoke during their lengthy custody battle.
