They had all been discussing how the coronavirus pandemic had changed their perspective in life, before Andrea dropped the bombshell.

She said: “I’m going to be leaving you all. It was a really really big decision to jump to see if I fall or if I fly and I just thought I will never know unless I try.

“So I’m saying goodbye to you all. I want to see what the universe has in store and help as many women as I possibly can.”

Andrea revealed that producers offered her the chance to reduce her hours in a bid to continue her 23-year stint on ITV daytime programming.

But she hinted that it would not be complete goodbye, as she outlined her hopes to appear on the TV in the future from time to time.

Andrea’s website has given an insight into what fans can expect from her new career path.

A statement reads: “I want to build a membership where we can grow together throughout the entire year, working with mentors and experts who will:

“Take you from feeling stuck, AFRAID, like you’re just existing, with low self-confidence and low self-esteem (these are all words you’ve used to describe yourself to me).

“To feeling like yourself again, ready to try something new, EXCITED, committed to believing you can make positive changes to your life, charged up and ready to choose a life you love – opening your mind and your world to new opportunities.”
