Active Wellbeing promises to be an adventurous and inclusive week of fun that aims to get participants moving, providing everybody with support and opportunities to look after their health and wellbeing this January.
At the heart of Active Wellbeing is the pledging platform, which encourages participants to make small positive changes to their working day to improve health, happiness, energy and work-life balance.

And if you choose to refer a friend, you’ll be entered into a draw to win a Hello Fresh voucher, worth £45!
Whatever you choose to pledge make sure to update your progress each day as you’ll be rewarded for collecting badges for each milestone. For every badge you collect you’ll be entered into that day’s draw to win some terrific prizes and giveaways, worth over £10,000 in total.
