What is a high-impact sports bra?
High-impact sports bras are designed to reduce bounce and breast movement during high impact activities, including running and HIIT exercises (think: burpees, jumping jacks). Some high-impact sports bras will be padded, others will be unpadded, but most have adjustable straps and are made from sweat-wicking fabrics.
Fit wise, a high impact sports bra should have a snug fit (if you can fit two fingers between the bra and your ribs that’s the sign of a great fit) but shouldn’t restrict your breathing.
What is the difference between low, medium and high-impact sports bras?
There are so many different styles of sports bras.
